What is included in a standard house visit?

Our standard visits include feeding, fresh water, playtime, administering medication if needed, litter box cleaning (for cats), and plenty of affection. We also send you a detailed update with photos.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are confirmed, especially during holidays, to ensure availability. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is appreciated, but we will always try to accommodate last-minute requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.

Do you offer services for pets other than cats and dogs?

Yes! We have experience with small animals like rabbits, birds, and fish. Please contact us to discuss your specific pet's needs.

Why do prices vary by location and pet size?

Travel time to certain areas may affect the price. For dogs, larger or high-energy breeds may require more effort and time during walks and visits, which can influence the final rate.

This is our top priority. Every sitter undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including interviews and reference checks. We also provide complete transparency with photo/video updates and detailed visit logs. Your peace of mind is the foundation of our service.

What are your safety protocols for my home?

We have a strict code of conduct for home entry. This includes secure key handling (using unmarked lockboxes), respecting your privacy at all times, and following any specific security instructions you provide.

What happens in case of a pet emergency?

Before any service, we collect your vet's details and your preferred emergency clinic. In any situation, we will contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we are authorized to seek veterinary care on your behalf to ensure your pet's well-being.

What if my sitter gets sick or has an emergency?

As a growing team, we have a backup system. In the rare event your assigned sitter is unavailable, a qualified and pre-briefed backup sitter from our team will step in, ensuring seamless care for your pet.

The Process

What is a "Meet & Greet" and is it mandatory?

The free Meet & Greet is a 15-20 minute introduction where you, your pet, and your sitter meet before the booking. It is highly recommended as it allows us to learn your pet's routine, discuss care details, and for you to feel completely confident in our service.

How will I get updates about my pet?

You will receive regular updates via WhatsApp, including photos, videos, and a summary of the visit. We believe in transparent and consistent communication.

What are your payment methods and terms?

We accept bank transfers and Whish transfer. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the first day of service.
